To apply for a license, you must be Active user of Pillbanana. Whether you have purchased the product (within the last 365 days) or have an active subscription at the time of the request.

• If you purchased the product as a single unit, you are entitled to 1 license.

• If you have a monthly subscription, you can order up to 3 licenses These are not reset when the subscription is renewed.
• If you have a semi-annual subscription you can order up to 7 licenses in total. The number of allocated licenses is not reset when the subscription is renewed.
• If you have an annual subscription you can order up to 15 licenses in total, and these are not reset when the subscription is renewed.

• The more you buy, price per license decreases. 
• They have 1 year of validity to activate them. 

You cannot move licenses to a different location. This means that if you activate a license on a site, you cannot later modify the site on which it was installed. Each installation counts as one within the limits of your subscription and it does not matter if the site stops using it.

• Before sending us your Wordpress login information check that these are working properly. If you send us the wrong data we will not be able to install the license and you will not receive a response from the support team.
