Official licenses

While all the products that we distribute at Pillbanana are under the GPL licenseSome developers try to avoid distribution (completely legal and allowed under the terms of the GPL license) of their products by adding parts of the code such as stylesheets or JS files under other types of distribution licenses.

So while plugins or themes are fully functional without a license, in some cases, for example, if you want to access a specific block or page design, that small portion of the code is not accessible without a direct license from the developer.

Another important feature is that the updates are automatic from your Wordpress, instead of having to download from our website each new update and then upload it to your site.

This will depend on how you purchased the product. If you purchased the product as a single product, you will have access to activate the license on 1 single website. 

If you purchased a subscription, the details are as follows:

• Weekly Subscription > 1 License
• Monthly Subscription > 3 Licenses
• Semiannual Subscription > 7 Licenses
• Annual Subscription > 15 Licenses

As long as your service with Pillbanana is active, we guarantee the use of your license. This means that if you purchased the unitary product and since the upgrade support in case of unitary purchases is for 1 year, during that year your license will be active. 

In case of subscriptions, as long as your subscription is active, you will be able to have your license active on the number of sites detailed in the previous question.

You can order additional licenses for $3.99. But please note that you must always have purchased the product or have an active subscription to access additional licenses.

Everything we offer at Pillbanana is completely legal. In fact the license that we will upload on your website will be validated on the developer's servers directly.

In the case of licenses, developers offer plans for up to 1000 sites in some cases. What we do is to buy one of these licenses for many sites and redistribute the cost among all Pillbanana users.

This is why you may have noticed that our service has increased a little in the last few months.

But you will also have noticed that by purchasing from us you will always end up spending less than 10% than you would if you wanted to purchase the product directly from the developer.

SUPPORT! The key here is technical support. We will NOT give you technical support on the plugin or theme you are purchasing. That 90% (or more) that you will be paying to the developer if you buy a license directly, will be for the right to access the developer's direct technical support.

It is valid to clarify that in most cases with very little effort you will be able to search Google or Youtube and find help and answers to every doubt that may arise.

But if you still prefer to have the direct support of the developer of your favorite plugin or theme, you can always access to buy directly the products on their respective websites that you can always find in the tab of each product.
