Directorist - Advanced Review: detailed review systems for professional directories
Single star reviews don't tell the whole story about a business or service. Directorist - Advanced Review transforms the way you collect and present reviews in your directory, allowing users to evaluate multiple aspects of each listing and share detailed feedback that really matters to visitors.
Why Directorist - Advanced Review is the ideal solution
This add-on turns your directory into a reliable and transparent feedback platform. It allows users to rate listings based on specific criteria such as quality of service, pricing and customer service, along with written comments that provide valuable context. With helpful tools for voting on reviews, sorting reviews by relevance and reporting inappropriate content, your community builds an evaluation system that visitors can trust when making purchasing decisions.
Key functionalities
- Qualification by multiple criteria: Users evaluate specific aspects such as service, price and quality rather than just an overall rating, providing more in-depth analysis.
- Detailed written reviews: Accompany each rating with extensive comments that provide context and valuable personal experiences for future clients.
- Voting system in reviews: The community marks the most useful opinions by voting, automatically highlighting the most reliable feedback.
- Advanced sorting and filtering: Visitors organize reviews by date, rating or popularity, finding relevant information immediately.
