Gravity Forms Signature 4.10.0

Gravity Forms Signature: Capture digital signatures on your WordPress forms

When a customer fills out a form to accept a quote, service contract or terms and conditions, you often need an extra layer of validation that goes beyond a simple click of "I agree." You need an actual signature that formalizes the agreement and makes it legally binding, but the process of printing, signing and scanning is a barrier of the past.

Why are digital signatures so important for your business?

A digital signature is the modern and professional way to close a deal. Not only increases the legal value of your forms, but also simplifies and greatly accelerates the process for your customers. It allows them to do everything in one step, directly on your website, from their computer, tablet or mobile, eliminating friction and projecting an efficient and technological business image.

The Signature Add-on: The seal of validity for your agreements

The Signature Add-On for Gravity Forms is the tool that allows you to add this professional-level functionality to your forms. It integrates seamlessly with the Gravity Forms builder and adds a new field that allows your users to draw your own digital signature with the mouse or with the finger in an incredibly simple way.

Key functionalities for secure and paperless settlements

• Intuitive digital signature field: Easily add a field to any of your forms where users can draw their signature. It is fully responsive and easy to use on any device.
• Legal validity: Captured signatures are legally binding in many countries, adding a layer of security and professionalism to your online contracts and agreements.
• Store signatures securely: Each user's signature is saved as a PNG image and attached to the form entry in your WordPress dashboard, so you have a secure record of each agreement.
• Seamless integration: It works seamlessly with Gravity Forms conditional logic and notifications. You can, for example, make the signature field only appear if the user first accepts the terms.
